The bill (Reg. No. 2218a) suggests empowering Administration of sea ports of Ukraine to carry out activities before receiving the required licenses and other licensing documents that are based on the respective documents received by state enterprises, the successor of rights and obligations of which is the Sea Ports Administration of Ukraine, within validity period of the abovementioned documents.

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow finalize reorganization of state sea branch enterprises and create conditions for functioning of the newly established legal person the State Enterprise “State Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine” from the moment of its registration.
